We offer both 3 day and 1 day courses. These are detailed below. Should you require a different length course then please contact us.

Our Target course lasts for 3 days and is our most comprehensive programme. This course is tailored specifically to the product or service that your team is selling. Included in the price of this course is a half day consultation, with the management of your company, to enable us to make this course as bespoke as possible.
This course is taught through the use of roleplay and exercises wherever possible.

The obvious omission from this list is objection handling. This is covered throughout the course and is often used as an exercise when practising skills. It is also tailored to your product or service.

Our Intensive course covers all of the skills of the Target course but in a single day. The skills are covered at high speed and the roleplays and exercises are used as demonstrations. This means that only 1 pair will be used as a demonstration for each exercise. Of course, everybody will be in the spotlight at least once during the day!
This one day course may be more suitable for those with some sales experience and confidence.
Our Intensive course does not require a management consulation session in preparation for the course as it is not tailored to the company. It simply supplies all the skills in a fast and energetic day.

In this one day course your sales team attend the Intensive course whilst managers at your company receive executive coaching from our partners at Reward Coaching Ltd.
The coaching is made up of one-to-one sessions with a Reward coach. Reward advise that for coaching to be most effective it is best used as an ongoing solution. Although this package only provides one day of coaching, Skilled Sales customers receive a discount on future sessions.
